The Nature of the Site

Rezdos Crémerie is an editorial publication about Norman home cooking. It exists to share recipes and kitchen notes. It sells nothing, hosts no marketplace, and processes no payments. Everything on the site can be read freely, without registration.

Cooking From the Recipes

Our recipes are offered for your personal, non commercial use. Cook them, adapt them, scale them for a crowd, scribble over printed copies. What we ask is that you do not republish our written content wholesale, on another site or in print, without permission. A short quotation with a link back to the source is always welcome.

Who Owns the Content

The text, the arrangement of the recipes, the site's name, and its visual identity belong to the publisher or are used under license. Norman dishes themselves belong to tradition, no one can own an idea like braising chicken in cider, but the specific words on these pages are ours.

Conduct We Expect

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to probe or overload the infrastructure that serves it, not to scrape its content for republication, and not to use the site in any unlawful way. These are ordinary courtesies, stated here so they are on the record.

The Site Is Provided As It Stands

We work to keep the site accurate, current, and available, but we make no promise that it will be free of errors, interruptions, or omissions. Recipes are tested in a home kitchen; your ingredients, your equipment, and your stove will differ from ours, and outcomes will differ with them. You use the information here at your own judgment.
